The reconciliation approach to repealing and replacing the Affordable Care Act appears to be done for FY2017. Per Axios, Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Bill Cassidy (R-LA), sponsors of the last of reconciliation-based legislation, announced yesterday that they had asked Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) not to hold a vote because the legislation would not pass.
